A teenage boy wakes up after being in a coma for a year after a crippling accident in which he suffered a brain injury but because of Caspian's life threatening state at the time, upon his return to life, he quickly discovers that he was actually given a robotic brain transplant in his conscious absence. Due to Caspian's unique circumstances and situation, he rapidly realizes that although he has physically, emotionally and psychologically returned to his former self, it's extremely hard to fit into his old world and life when you're different like Caspian.
