Heartland: The Broken Bestie Christmas Gift & the Friendship Repairs

The Story: When Claire falls out with Simon her neighbour and friend just before Christmas and is stuck in sadness, she is given a Bestie Pocket Pal by her mother for Christmas but unfortunately, the pocket pal doesn't seem to work properly and so Cheerful Chummy and Bestie show up to help her fix her Bestie pocket pal.  During their journey to fix Claire's Bestie, they pick up Simon and then visit Heartland to collect the parts they need and as they venture into the Friendship Workshop and Chums Playground, the two pocket pals teach them both valuable lessons on how to fix their friendship as they fulfil the four step pocket pal friendly repair process which also mends their friendship.  Once the two human children fix Claire's broken Bestie pocket pal, they return home and as the two become best friends once again, Claire's Bestie magically starts to function again which allows her to store Simon's friendship details on it as her best friend after which they start to explore its many friendship functions together as they learn that the true value of a real friendship can not be replaced easily and that a friendship that is broken needs time, effort, care and repairs from both parties to function well and to grow stronger and deeper.  Written by Jill Thrussell
