Logline: When some toys are broken on Christmas Eve, they embark on a search to find the Land of the Lost where broken toys are welcome to avoid being returned to stores or being thrown away on Boxing Day and as they follow a kindness spark trail to find their Merry Christmas, along the way as they must solve some puzzles and face the six tests of Christmas set by Santa as they find their true purpose, learn that the true spirit of Christmas lives inside their own hearts and discover that the gifts of kindness that they give to each other which any heart can afford are the real gifts and true happiness roots of a truly Merry Christmas. The Story: When Trailtracker Topaz (soft toy bloodhound) is given to a child for Christmas then rejected and has her ear pulled off, she sets off on a quest to find the Land of the Lost & Forgotten and meets some other broken toys on the way like Drey Anibot, Wishina Wings, Wise Bricks, Jester Puffin, Bossy Bert Bear, Lovey Dovey, Jolly Dolly Molly and Alientenna who agree to go on the journey with her. During their journey and search for the Land of the Lost as they try to find the land of hope for broken, lost and rejected toys before Boxing Day morning to avoid being returned to stores or being thrown away, they follow a spark of kindness that leads and turns into Merrysparks Goodness (Christmas Spirit who is not that bright or strong due to a lack of kindness and Christmas joy in the world) who then guides them via some spark gift puzzles and shows them how to overcome their differences in order to achieve their mission together. On the way, the broken toys must also face the six tests of Christmas set by Santa (kindness test in the Fearful Forest, wisdom test in the Wild River, unity test on the Broken Path of Division, honesty test in the Volcanoes of Truth, courage test on the broken bridge across the Rocky Valley and the final test of inner strength which they face in the pirates mine cages) and at each trail hunt stop off the broken toys tell each other their stories (through story songs) of how they came to be broken, lost and forgotten.
During their journey, the broken toys discover that Santa’s tests are helpful in that if they pass each test, it can unlock some useful items for them such as a map of courage, compass of wisdom, trail route of unity, a magic injured toy radar, a troublemaker detector as well as a repair kit of kindness which can also help them to find their way along the trail and their chosen destination. During their search, they try to follow the scent trails of Christmas Spirit and Christmas kindness which they hope will lead to their Merry Christmas but when they arrive in the Land of the Lost, they are swiftly captured by some pirate traders. After which they meet Trash Treasures a Finder Saver who rescues them and helps them to build a magic flying toybox house and headquarters to live in and they cross paths with Santa and Merrysparks Goodness again (who by this point has grown stronger and brighter due to their Christmas kindness towards each other), both of whom encourage them to help other broken toys and to become the Broken Toy Heroes Rescue Crew and as they find their true purpose, they learn that the true spirit of Christmas lives inside their own hearts as well as discover that the gifts of kindness that they give to each other which are a gift that any heart can afford, are the real gifts and true happiness roots of a truly Merry Christmas.
