Mirrorlands: The Lost Inner Children/The Lost Inner Child (working titles)

The Story: When a very strict, orderly man loses his inner child, who leaves his body to go and live in the Mirrorlands with the Bittertons and Dark Inner Children because he will not allow his Inner Child to feature in his world, life and heart, his son has to help him track his Inner Child down.  Once father’s inner child have been found, his son then has to help his father’s adult self to reunite with his Inner Child as well as rescue, redeem and restore some other Dark Inner Children (who have now become monsters and creatures) that they cross paths with that have found their way into the Dark Region of the Mirrorlands.  However, his father’s Inner Child is being lured into darkness and is being prepared to join a Dark Inner Child Army by dark, mischievous powers which is due to be unleashed onto the real human world and their only hope of assistance is the Inner Child Security Guardian from Mirrorlands, who has never successfully solved a crime or found a missing entity in her entire existence.  During their quest, the father has to try and convince his Inner Child that he will allow them to feature in his life at times in future which he hopes will also strengthen, repair and improve his fraying relationship with his son.  In order to stop the Dark Inner Child Army of monsters and creatures however, they also have to try to find a band of Good Inner Children (who when they unite create a guiding star constellation in the human world known as the Inner Lights) to help them with their quest and to help them transform the Dark Inner Children that have already transformed into monsters and creatures back to their former state and inner child, childlike form.  Written by Jill Thrussell
