Time Switch: Oomph Zing & the Best Christmas Moments of the Year Time Tournament
The Story: Every minute that is grown has a time challenge to create special moments in human lives and at Christmas in an allocated human being's life and when the organisers of special Christmas Moments, who are Christmas Days (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day) set a challenge to their three minute and hour teams which comprise of hours and minutes, each of the three teams are given a target of three very deserving children's lives that they must craft and make (in their minute moment creation workshops) a special moment for that Christmas. Since they must create the best moments and make the most useful memories in three children's lives which will either become a moment of triumph, a moment of heroic bravery, a moment of triumphant importance or a moment of jubilant happiness which will give each child a Christmas to remember when they make their time debuts so that those time segments and memories will be remembered often and for the rest of the children's lives, the pressure to deliver is intense. However, there are some additional complexities because they either have some cowardly seconds or some recycled unwanted minutes in each of their teams that don't pull their minute weight and as they prepare and train for their special time debut day and feature moments there are also troublemakers lurking at every turn to throw a spanner of mischief into each day as each team member starts to realize that they are not just in competition with the other two teams but also in competition against their own team members. When a lonely minute, Oomph Zing however, gets left out of the team activities and left behind for not being magical or special enough and then stumbles upon a female child, Esther who is spending Christmas in a hospital ward (due to her single parent father being in hospital for an operation) that didn't quite make it into the deserving category and didn't qualify for a special wish treat special moment but who is very deserving that Oomph Zing feels has been overlooked, the two start to forge a friendship. The minute Oomph Zing (who can shapeshift and fly around with passengers) then takes Esther on an adventure to do some deserving deeds that will make her even more deserving so that she can qualify for a special Christmas moment and then tries to give her the most special Christmas moment that he can and as the two try to avoid the trouble of the troublemakers and any tricky tricks by any minute competitors especially Bitter Zing who is Oomph Zing's arch minute rival, Esther helps Oomph Zing to find, unlock and channel his full magical minute potential and power as they forge an unforgettable winning Christmas friendship full of some very special magical Christmas moments and a friendship that neither of them wished for that both of them truly needed and deserved.
