Time Switch: Wild Survivors Appalachian Trail Crew (US Mission)
The Story: When Melina and Rustler get a call from help from some animals living on the Appalachian Trail, they make their way to North America where they find a strange human scientist who is collecting animal consciousness with a view to inserting some animal genes and other elements into human beings to cure diseases like Alzheimer's, collecting specimens for a frozen zoo and for robotic programming to create more realistic animal robots to replace pets and wildlife. Since some of the animals they find on the trail have been drained of their life force by the scientist, there is a race against time to save not only the animals that are endangered but also wildlife as a whole and as they assist a bog turtle, flying squirrel, beaver, chipmunk, bat and moose as they try to equip them, they encounter some enemies like a black bear, a rattlesnake and a red fox they have to tune into the natural frequencies around them as the Heroic Creatures Crew provide some support. Along their way, they also learn the trail songs of a group of chorus frogs who sing warning songs to warn those nearby about the close proximity of mythical creatures such as Bigfoot, the Moon-Eyed People, the Wampus Cat, the Raven Mockers and the Flatwoods Monster as beliefs, facts, science and myths compete to exist, abide, survive, thrive and to preside over the natural environment.
