The Story
Short Summary: A workaholic father is set a challenge to take his two warring children on a camping trip to teach them valuable life lessons and problem-solving skills from their favorite Life Obstacles Board Game but things start to become even more personally challenging when he crosses paths with an old friend facing hard times due to the loss of his family in a tragic accident. At this point, his children then challenge him to not only assist but also to fix his friend's life with their board game and their assistance which certainly isn't a match made in corporate success due to their past lack of familial cooperative teamwork. Short Summary: A workaholic father is set a challenge by his wife who has to visit a relative during the half term holiday to take his children on a camping trip where he must engage and entertain his children with only the joys of nature and their favourite Life Obstacles Board Game in real life which they must not only play each day but he must also implement in real life to teach the children some valuable life lessons and problem solving skills. However, some mishaps and missteps rapidly follow because unfortunately and rather chaotically, his singular parenting skills aren't as effective as his corporate practices or his professional successes and fall far short of any peaceful, pleasant domestic gains or a joyful profit and a personal challenge arises when he crosses paths with an old friend who has fallen on hard times due to the loss of his family in a tragic accident and his children challenge him to try and fix his friend's life with their help and assistance from the Life Obstacles Board Game which certainly isn't a match made in corporate success due to their past lack of cooperative teamwork. Summary: A workaholic father who is a corporate high flyer is set a challenge by his wife when she has to visit a sick relative during the half term holiday to take his two children on a camping trip where he must engage and entertain his children with only the joys of nature and their favourite Life Obstacles Board Game which he must not only play with them each day but also implement to teach them some valuable life lessons and problem solving skills. Since the two children do argue a lot and often oppose each other, their mother feels that this will teach them the value of teamwork and so each day of the holiday week, he must pick a life task or a group challenge from the squares that the three land upon from the two children's favourite board game and then implement one of the Life Obstacle Board Game activities in real life.
Due to their father’s lack of camping experience and even his lack parenting experience however, mishaps and missteps rapidly follow because unfortunately and rather chaotically, his singular parenting skills aren't as effective as his corporate practices or his professional successes and fall far short of any peaceful, pleasant domestic gains or any joyful profits. Suddenly, another surprising life challenge lands in their father’s life as he somehow survives the week, when on their return trip, the three pass through a town and cross paths with a vagrant that he swiftly discovers is one of his dearest childhood friends after which point, their father has to illustrate his own humanity and kindness to his two children in practice and has to overcome his own mountain of personal biases which definitely isn't easy. Due to the fact that his friend has fallen on hard times because of the loss of his family in a tragic accident, his children challenge him to try and fix his friend's life with their help and assistance from the Life Obstacles Board Game which certainly isn't a match made in corporate success due to their past lacks of cooperative teamwork.
