The Good Deeds Deserve Gift List

The Good Deeds Deserve Gift List

A teenager with a terminal condition, who is in hospital, enlists the help of an AI program, via a supportive female nurse, to make a list of people that she thinks deserves some good deed gifts before she passes away and as the two start to enact good deeds, the AI program helps her to fulfil her own wish list via some virtual experiences and to deliver some acts of goodness to people's lives but there some added complications.  Since she cannot physically visit anyone to do anything for them, the good deeds not only have to be creative but also orchestrated in real life with the help of the AI program and her dad, who she has to convince to participate because he is still fighting against her condition, consumed by despair and her pending departure from life, and somehow, rope in to the gift giving process.  However, some of the good deed gifts are challenging and her dad doesn't necessarily see himself as a hero but with the support of the female nurse as she sets her sights on helping those in need that deserve some good luck in life and checks out their lives to ensure that their deserving status is genuine, she manages to convince her dad that heroism isn't about just about huge magnificent gestures or something just done by those with physical strength or vast sums of wealth but that quite often, it is about ordinary people doing extraordinary things for others.  Written by Jill Thrussell (developed from Scenarios Inc.: Holo Haven, Yesterday's Memories and the Wish Deserve List & the Heart of Christmas) (this story will be written in short story, script and novel form)
