Summary: When a young girl with visual challenges (blind) loses a toy that she has had since birth and a young boy that lives on her street finds out, the two children embark on a journey together to find the lost toy as they attempt to retrace her steps but they do not have much luck as their efforts do not render any results.  Just as they are about to give up however, they bump into a mature neighbor that runs the local lost and found box at the community center who insists that she can help them with their quest and invites them on a camping trip to Camp Finders for the summer which they later discover is in the Land of the Lost & Forgotten and luckily, since their parents are busy with work commitments that summer, they are both given permission to go on the camping trip.

During their stay the two children discover a magical land full of intrigue where a bundle of lost and forgotten objects are very much alive and that they must work with some of the other campers (some of whom are lost or forgotten objects) to save or reunite a list of lost or forgotten items that they are given by Marqueena who runs Camp Finders before those objects end up in the dumpsite of the unwanted forever or end up being sent to Rejects Nation.  In order to help the two children find the items on their list, some assistance is on offer from some helpful and some not so helpful larger than life objects and other campers that the children must work with like Brave Squeak, Wise Welly, Dicky Tatty, Alientenna, Knobbly Robby, Jolly Dolly Molly, Flashy Flier and a young finder saver in training called Findless along with some advice which can be sought from some of the other residents that live in the Land of the Lost & Forgotten.  So as they search for the lost and forgotten items on their list, some of which they must rescue from pirate traders and fix, they start to appreciate the value of their own belongings a lot more as they learn more about friendship, acceptance of others, some valuable life lessons, discover more about themselves, start to explore their own purpose in life, learn more about teamwork, discover ways to recycle unwanted items and put them to good use to help their community and find out how each other's differences can be a blessing as they find, rescue, reunite and return some loved and lost items and recycle and save others as they try to mend a few broken hearts along the way.  Zaylee Knowles

The Finder Savers (Finder Savables)/The Finder Savers Clean Up (Rescue) Crew

The finder savers (finder savables) live in the Land of the Lost and Forgotten which is where Camp Finders is situated but they also flit to and fro between the human world and the Forever After Lands as they go about their daily tasks of finding, saving and recycling anything that they can find that has either been lost or forgotten.  Some of their finder, saver and recycling work involves some quite strange lost or forgotten items like memories, sticks, stones, dreams, raindrops and tears along with the more usual items of socks, coats, broken toys, clothes, objects, other products and buttons but since they have a magic finder savers recycling factory, they often find great uses for even the strangest of things.  Due to their finder saver makeup, they have built in lost and forgotten detector radars, can repair broken items with fast fix zaps, can transform waste into useful things, can create laser lights ray protector forcefields and their hearts change colour to reflect their emotional states which means that they can be very handy in the dark or the light when broken things are beyond repair or lost or whenever trouble comes near and they can also bring any items or object that they touch to life or transport them to a place of safety in the Land of the Lost and Forgotten.  The finder savers are often assisted in their work by the campers at Camp Finders and also by the lost or forgotten items themselves, who come alive in the Land of the Lost or Forgotten or once a finder saver finds, communicates with them or touches them inside the human world which at times can make their job easier or more difficult because some items and objects can be quite tricky to please.  Written by Zaylee Knowles
