The Story
Short Summary: A cynical workaholic father who suddenly loses his high-ranking corporate job, is set a challenge by his wife to take his two warring children (one who loves nature and one who is tech driven) on a cheap camping trip for the half term vacation to teach them some valuable life lessons and problem-solving skills. In order to assist, their father is given their favourite board game Life Obstacles Board Game to help but when the woods and but when the woods and creatures in it suddenly start to mimic and put to the test some of the life obstacles board game challenges, riddles and puzzles, things take a slightly chaotic turn as the woods, camp site, creatures and nature suddenly seem to transform into a giant board game full of tricky moves, wild puzzle tangles and natural games pieces.
Alongside this challenge, some members of the Wild Wonders Tribe who are on a heroic magic mission to stop toxic waste pollution of the lake nearby and the forest and the two children are given some nature lessons from the heroes and their Heroic H.E.R.O. Claws ‘N’ Paws guidebook. However, they try to get their father to help, they must somehow convince their father that magic not only still exists but also that nature is truly magical. However, their father cannot see or hear any of the heroic wonderful creatures that they have met and can only see earthly creatures because he does not believe in magic, fairytales or miracles, so the two children must try to help their father to rediscover the magic of nature and that nature is truly magical as he tries to reconnect not just with his family but also with his inner self so that they can try to save the lake and forest together.
Due to the family's disbelief in themselves, each other and the magic of nature that surrounds them, they have to not only rediscover themselves as well as each other but also find a way to embrace nature's magic which at this campsite seems to be hanging and dripping from every branch and leaf as some of the magical creatures and magical natural elements participate in their Life Obstacles Game. On the journey home which almost doesn't happen because they almost fail to find their way out of the forest which moves and shifts to keep them in it, until they pass some important life obstacle game challenges, things become even more personally challenging when their father crosses paths with an old friend facing hard times due to the loss of his family in a tragic accident. At this point, his children then challenge him to not only assist but also to fix his friend's life with their board game and their assistance which certainly isn't a match made in familial success due to their past lack of familial cooperative teamwork.
