The Story
A new method and system of governance is introduced into the world where a human brain is voted for by each nation and then connected to by all citizens of that nation in order to make human beings' lives more productive, individuals morally superior, far more responsible, wiser and mature but when a really dim, super lazy, ultra immoral man's brain is suddenly voted into power because of a scam artist that manipulates his campaign and public perception, all hell suddenly breaks loose as a whole nation has to survive solely on a total losers brain cells.
