Main Mission Statement:

To provide a positive influence and promote positive values through various media productions inclusive of but not confined to films, books, songs and games in order to encourage and facilitate life improvement, life investment, self discovery, self actualization and self awareness to promote deeper levels of human compassion, understanding and respect coupled with social skill development which can enhance and improve quality of life.

Aims:
To contribute positively to the lives and to enrich the well being of children, young people and adults (inclusive of our own lives) through the provision of entertainment/edutainment that promotes positive emotional development, emotional enrichment, greater understanding and socially healthy lifestyles.  

 

The three main brands under the Creative Life Sparks Banner are as follows: 

  • Five to Twelve year olds: Sparks Junior**
  • Twelve to Sixteen year olds: Young Life Sparks
  • Sixteen Plus: Adult Life Sparks

 

Creative Life Sparks Junior: (5yrs to 12yrs)

Mission Statement: 

Provision of entertainment/edutainment that contributes positively to children's lives and childhoods through the promotion of the I PERCK values of inclusion, participation, empathy, respect, compassion and kindness.

**All children's projects will adhere to the I PERCK Framework developed under the Creative Life Sparks Brand which will promote the core values of Inclusion, Participation, Empathy, Respect, Compassion and Kindness, support Social Emotional Learning and the frameworks of PSB and STEAM will also be woven in or applied where possible and suitable and every project will teach valuable life lessons.

Objectives of the Creative Sparks Brand:

  • Development of Social Life Skills
  • Life Improvement through Social Life Skills Development
  • Encouragement through creative solutions
  • Empowerment through application of various methodologies to social life skills
  • Provision of entertainment that enhances our quality of life, aids self discovery, self awareness and self actualization, facilitates life improvement and promotes deeper levels of human compassion, understanding and respect
  • The application of a variety of models, techniques and frameworks in a creative format which have been tailored to focus upon life management, life investment and life improvement. (predominantly for adults inclusive of models such as linear programming, six sigma, decision trees, project management, case studies such as the Love Insights series etc.)

 

Young Life Sparks: (12 to 16yrs)

Examples of our aims in action can be seen as follows:

Sparks Junior Projects:

  • Positive core central messages in each project
  • Backpack guides:
    • Short, entertaining fun poems that can be read at bedtime (emotional bonding between parents and children)
    • Character stats that can be discussion points and facilitated to draw pictures from
    • Maps of each land which provide a basic understanding of logistics and map reading skills
    • A list of activities for children to enjoy or parents and children to participate in at home or in the local park together
  •  Storybooks with positive messages
  • Storybooks with story adventure trail maps so that children can follow the journeys and adventures in each storybook
  • Storybooks will also include some fun activities and challenges at the back of each book which relate to the core messages which will contain six I PERCK (self discovery/SEL) value and activity challenges that will center upon on some of the characters from the books e.g. First Storybook in Island of Wonders Series: Spot the Kindness Game with Kind Koalamoose (Kindness), How to be Amazing You: The Self Discovery Trail with Amazing Armadingo (Participation/Self Discovery), Happy Wonders Challenges with Happy Hippolope (Participation/Self Discovery), Caring Words & Actions Game with Humble Humaricorn (Respect for Others, Compassion, Empathy, Kindness),Dare to be Brave Action Challenges with Lordy Lionicorn (Compassion, Participation, Inclusion), Find it. Fix it. Recycle it. Recycling Activity Challenges with Dardevil Dogshark (Respect for the Planet)
  • Activity Packs with fun activities and positive messages
  • Dance and Movement Activity Song Packs which encourage dance and movement (exercise) which can be enjoyed by children or by children and parents together
  • Each project song collection will contain some uplifting songs that promote healthy self esteem, positive attitudes and constructive values to encourage children to live positive constructive lives e.g. Savor Every Moment (Time Switch), All the Wonders That You Can Be (Island of Wonders)
  • Reward systems for positive achievements connected to the projects

Young Life Sparks Projects:

  • Life Obstacles Board Game: utilizes a board game format to teach life skills like problem solving and self discovery and it aims not only to encourage players to discover themselves and those around them but also encourages players to face obstacles, to learn how to overcome challenges and encourages both individuality and teamwork
  • My Friend Your Friend Film (explores and examines the topic of friendship, healthy friendships and the modern complexities of friendship through humor)

 

Adult Life Sparks projects:
In some of the adult projects there are and will be life toolkits which will tackle a range of key issues that adults may face in a constructive helpful manner such as Horizons of Destiny: Mission Future Life Toolkit which applies to adults of any age but which can also assist those facing important choices as young adults.
